Allergens and origin
What is in the dishes and where the meat comes from. If you have an allergy or intolerance, tell the staff before you order.
How we inform you
In Switzerland, restaurants must state in writing where their meat and fish come from. Allergen information may be given verbally, provided a written notice says so: ours is on the menu and on the board.
For every dish, the staff check with the kitchen. If we cannot guarantee something, we tell you.

In our kitchen
Polenta
It is made from maize flour, which contains no gluten. But we also use wheat flour in the kitchen: if you have coeliac disease, tell us and we will prepare it separately.
Wine
Wine contains sulphites. So do the Merlot risotto, the Merlot zabaglione and the braised beef, which cook in wine.
Torta di pane
Contains gluten, milk, eggs and tree nuts (amaretti).
Vitello tonnato
The sauce is made with tuna, eggs and capers: it contains fish and eggs.
Cured meats
May contain traces of milk and mustard. The staff will tell you which ones.
