Summer: In the shade of the pergola
The pergola is in full leaf and shades the whole courtyard. Outside it is hot, but in the cellar the boccalino stays cool even in August.
On the table
- Lake fish in carpione (marinated)
- Vitello tonnato
- Garden tomatoes with formaggini
- Cold zabaglione with wild berries
In the courtyard
On Fridays we stir the polenta over the fire in the courtyard, and one Saturday a month there is music under the pergola. The evenings are long and the courtyard fills up.
A tip. For a summer evening, it is best to request a table a few days ahead.
