We have not appointed a data protection advisor (optional under art. 10 FADP) or an EU representative (art. 27(2)(a) GDPR: occasional, low-risk processing).

2. Data we process

2.1 Hosting and access data

The site is delivered by Cloudflare. Each visit involves technical data (IP address, date and time, page, browser, referrer) to deliver and protect the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

2.2 Contact form

What you enter (e.g. name, email, phone, message) is used only to handle your request. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

2.3 Statistics

This site uses no statistics tools.

3. Cookies

No advertising or profiling cookies. Cloudflare may set cookies strictly needed for security. Under art. 45c TCA, information is sufficient (opt-out model), so no consent banner is required.

4. Recipients and transfers abroad

Providers: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, security). Some process data in the USA: transfers rely on the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, otherwise on the standard contractual clauses with the Swiss addendum (art. 16(2) FADP).

5. Retention

Technical logs are kept only as long as operation and security require. Requests are kept as long as needed to handle them and to meet legal retention duties.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent. Write to werkstatt@nockenwelle.example. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EEA, your local authority.
